About this position

Gojob is hiring an **Warehouse Clerk/Forklift Operator** in Canal Winchester, OH. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented bilingual Warehouse Administrator who can also operate a sit down forklift and assist with warehouse operations. This dual-role position involves coordinating administrative duties such as inventory tracking, shipping/receiving documentation, and reporting, while also performing hands-on warehouse tasks including forklift operation, loading/unloading, and maintaining a safe and organized facility.

Tasks & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities:** Administrative Duties - Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments. - Update and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software. - Generate reports on stock levels, order statuses, and warehouse activities. - Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, and other documentation. . Forklift Operations - Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. - Load, unload, move, and stack materials as required. - Perform regular inspections and basic maintenance of equipment. - Conduct cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits

Requirements

**Qualifications:** -High school diploma or equivalent - 2 or more years warehouse or logistics experience required; inventory, WMS, shipping and receiving - Bilingual preferred - Certified to operate sit down forklift - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse/inventory management systems. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to balance office responsibilities with physical warehouse tasks.
