Gojob is hiring an Appliance Repair Technician in Louisville, KY for a logistics company. You will be responsible for inspecting, unboxing and re-boxing appliances due to damaged and/or improper packaging in a warehouse setting. Tasks & Responsibilities

Gojob is hiring an Appliance Repair Technician in Louisville, KY for a logistics company. You will be responsible for inspecting, unboxing and re-boxing appliances due to damaged and/or improper packaging in a warehouse setting. Shifts & Pay: - 1st shift: 5am - 3:30pm = $18.00 - 2nd shift 3:30pm - 2am = $20.00 - 3rd shift 9pm - 7:30am = $19.50 - Weekend Shift : Friday, Sat, Sun 5am-3:30pm and Monday 1pm - 11:30pm = $20.50 Responsibilities: - Cuts open boxes containing appliances such as dish washers, refrigerators, microwaves etc. of varying sizes from 24” to 72” high and removes the appliance from the box and packing. May obtain assistance from other co-workers for large items. - Places units in new packing and boxes. - Uses glue to adhere top and bottom of box flaps. - Cuts and applies metal banding to box flaps. - Stacks cardboard on pallets - Uses a scan gun to scan labels and upload information to a computerized system to create and print new labels. - Retrieves and brings supplies to the work area including 5 gallon buckets of glue. - May use a forklift, to bring products to the recoup area and stage, put away completed product, and remove pallets from the work area

Requirements & Benefits

- Six months’ warehouse experience preferred - Must be at least 18 years of age - Must be able to work overtime as needed - Must be able to work in a warehouse environment that is not climate controlled. - Must be able to kneel, bend, stoop, reach overhead, push and pull large items, during entire 8-10-hour shift. - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and tilt items up to 400 lbs. in a team setting. - Steel toed shoes required At Gojob, we celebrate workplace diversity.
