Tasks & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities** - Perform painting operations using spray equipment on fabricated materials - Load, unload, hang, unhang, sort, and palletize materials - Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met - Read and interpret blueprints and production orders - Maintain proper measuring techniques and care of tools/equipment - Identify quality issues and escalate to lead or supervisor as needed - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards - Support continuous workflow and assist with additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

**Qualifications:** - 0–2 years of experience in painting, sorting, or material handling preferred - Ability to read and understand blueprints - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Basic problem-solving skills and initiative **Physical Requirements** - Ability to stand for extended periods (no alternating sit/stand) - Ability to lift up to 26 lbs repeatedly - Frequent reaching overhead, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling - Must have excellent natural or corrected vision
