Gojob is hiring an **Fabrication Technician ** in El Paso. The Fabrication Associate II is responsible for performing a variety of fabrication processes, including forming, cutting, piercing, welding, and painting of materials used in final product assembly. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to quality, and adherence to safety and production standards. Tasks & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities** - Ensure product quality through proper measuring techniques and correct use of tools and equipment - Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to supervision or engineering as needed - Read and interpret moderately complex blueprints, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and schematics - Support continuous improvement by providing feedback to engineering, quality, and leadership teams - Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA standards - Perform additional duties as assigned to support production efficiency **Fabrication Shop Duties** - Form, cut, and pierce metal to produce fabricated assemblies - Perform operations such as cutting, forming, and piercing - Operate moderately to highly complex fabrication machinery with digital/electronic controls - Utilize hand tools, air tools, and precision measuring equipment - Move materials throughout the fabrication/cabinet shop area **Paint Booth Duties** - Operate paint spraying equipment (moderately to highly complex) - Mix, prepare, and properly store paint and chemicals - Load and unload parts continuously in a production environment - Follow all safety protocols when working with hazardous materials **Welding Duties** - Perform moderately complex welding operations - Operate various welding equipment safely and effectively - Work in environments that may include confined spaces or elevated temperatures - Move materials in and out of the welding area

Requirements

**Qualifications** - Ability to stand for extended periods (no sit/stand alternation) - Ability to lift up to 26 lbs repeatedly - Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling - Must have excellent natural or corrected vision **Work Environment & Safety** - Exposure to hazardous chemicals and industrial conditions - Required PPE: safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection - Additional PPE may include gloves, face mask, apron, hard hat, face shields, and protective clothing
