Outbound Lead

About this position

Gojob is hiring an **Outbound Lead** for a global logistics company located in **McDonough, GA**. You will be responsible for overseeing daily outbound operations to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly and on time. This position requires **2 years of warehouse experience**, strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work with data and people effectively. Tasks & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities:** - Supervise outbound associates and ensure shipping deadlines are met - Navigate multiple Excel spreadsheets to track orders, shipments and productivity - Identify process issues and recommend or implement improvement - Communicate assertively and professionally with associates regarding performance and expectations - Conduct spot checks to ensure order accuracy and staging compliance

Requirements

**Qualifications:** - High school diploma or GED - 2 years of warehouse or shipping experience with team lead responsibilities. - Proficient in Excel and warehouse systems - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to lead by example in a fast paced environment - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds At Gojob, we celebrate workplace diversity.
