Automation Tester

About this position

Gojob is hiring Quality Assurance Testers for a global logistics warehouse located in Locust Grove, GA. You will be responsible for executing tests either manually or by using test execution tools, or test automation. We are looking for someone experienced in warehouse automation, Blue Yonder WMS, UAT testing activity, and warehouse and logistics operations. Shifts & Pay: - 1st Shift: Mon - Fri, 7am - 4pm - Must be onsite 4 days a week, can work remote 1 day

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Report any task, condition or activity that would cause harm to an employee, customer property or the facility - Compare actual results with expected results, log outcomes (e.g, pass, fail, blocked), and report defects based on failures observed - Analyze anomalies to establish their likely causes (e.g., failures may occur due to defects in the code or due to configuration, but false positives may occur) - Repeat test activities either for an anomaly, or as part of the planned testing (e.g., execution of a correct test, confirmation testing, and/or regression testing) - Execute Tests on an integrated solution of BY-WMS and Automation. - Execute tests on a classroom approach and on the actual physical machines (Laptop, Conveyors, Robots etc) - Assist in training the production team on control measures and processes in order to provide customer excellence - Assist in the effort to create, rework all required work instructions and SOS sheets
