Warehouse Lead

About this position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations within our distribution center. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a solid understanding of warehouse management processes and inventory software systems. This role is critical in ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team to achieve operational goals in a fast-paced environment. Full TIme M-f 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm Pay: $19.13 - $20.65 per hour

Tasks & Responsibilities

Lead and manage warehouse staff, ensuring effective team performance and adherence to safety protocols. Oversee daily operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the warehouse. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Utilize AS400 or similar systems for tracking inventory levels and managing warehouse operations. Collaborate with e-commerce teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and equipment operation. Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement.

Requirements & Benefits
