Tasks & Responsibilities

**Your Impact** - Build & Innovate: Install and integrate electrical components for revolutionary modular data centers. - Precision & Quality: Use your eye for detail to interpret technical schematics and ensure every installation meets our high-quality standards. - Problem Solve: Conduct inspections and "start-up" works to ensure systems are running at peak performance - Lead by Example: Help maintain our 5S standards and promote a culture where we look out for one another’s safety.

Requirements

**What You’ll Bring:** - Background: A high school diploma (or GED) and a foundation in electrical work (Associate degree, trade school, or apprenticeship). - Experience: Previous experience in industrial or commercial electrical settings. - Technical Skills: Comfort reading blueprints/schematics and knowledge of electrical codes. - Physical Agility: Ability to navigate a factory setting, including standing, bending, using ladders, and lifting up to 50lbs as needed to complete installations.
