Production Associate

Tasks & Responsibilities

Daily Duties: - Preparing food ingredients for batch runs based on the daily production schedule - Ensure product quality accurate weights and measures for formula - Clears pan jams from line, removes and adds baking pans as needed - Monitor and deliver side trimmings to mixer; notify operator when side trimmings exceed acceptable rates - Removes all out-of-spec product from the line and notifies Production Supervisor of all non-conforming product or processes on the line.
