Gojob is hiring **Returns Processor** in **Groveport, OH** for a leading fashion logistics company. You will be responsible for managing inbound returned merchandise, inspecting items for damage, verifying contents, and updating inventory systems. Tasks & Responsibilities
**Responsibilities:** - Inspection & Sorting: Open, inspect, and scan returned merchandise to determine its condition (resellable, damaged, or defective). - System Processing: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems to log returns and process customer credits/refunds. - Inventory Disposition: Determine if items should be returned to inventory, sent for repair, or salvaged. - Logistics & Re-ticketing: Repackage items, generate new labels, and securely move products to appropriate warehouse areas. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all returned goods
Requirements
**Qualifications:** - Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines - Solid command of English, both written and verbal - Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and push utility carts up to 60 pounds - Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, go up and down stairs, and reach during shifts - Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable) - Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards At Gojob, we celebrate workplace diversity.
