Tasks & Responsibilities
**Responsibilities:** - Working knowledge, or familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) JDA , navigate multiple systems, create/modify outbound orders, close out receiving orders, and carry-out shipment completions. - Solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook), preferably experienced - Multi task in multiple client facing spreadsheets and references simultaneously. - Experiencing in Scheduling Inbound/Outbound shipments. Experience in routing is a plus! - Resolve carrier claims - Basic knowledge of credit and invoice reconciliation - Monitors processing, and timely shipment of orders, expedites when necessary, and coordinates customer requests - Responsible for compiling and managing load data, along with supportive documentation, such as bill of ladings, and pack lists - Ability to build rapport, strong relationships with customers, and understand their needs to provide tailored service - Addresses customer concerns, provides timely feedback, and follows up on escalations - Conducts thorough research on order issues, shipment exceptions, inventory, and invoicing discrepancies
Requirements
**Qualifications:** - 2 or more years in logistics, coordinator, administration, or comparable role/warehouse logistics experience or Associate's Degree in Logistics - Knowledge of logistics, or supply chain processes and system - Strong written and oral communication skills, fluent in English - Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills - Strong time management skills. - Flexible; Self Starter willing to support team, work some overtime and meet the expectations and demands of customer’s peak seasons - Customer Service : 2 years (Preferred) - Microsoft Outlook: 4 years (Preferred) - Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred) - Computer skills: 5 years (Preferred)
