Immediately hiring for Material Handlers!! Reporting directly to the facilities manager, you will have the following tasks:
Tasks & Responsibilities
o Un-load all steel-coils from truck o Weigh all steel-coils received from supplier o Ensure that all coils and boxes are labeled o Load and pre-stage the coils on the press when required o Carry Inventory count periodically o Assist during annual physical count of inventory o Observe safety policies o Ensure work environment is safe and clean o Follow ISO/TS-16949 policies and procedures o Quality of workmanship o Recommend or provide solutions to problems o Miscellaneous duties include: Support production as required by running a machine, weighing boxes for production and material, RM all material before it crosses the wall into shipping, Ensure FIFO is practiced, ensure sorters have enough material, pull orders for shipment, Load and unload trucks, Boxes and Pallets, Labeling- double check always, wrapping, Take scrap out.
