Warehouse Dispatcher

Gojob is hiring a temp-to-perm Warehouse Dispatcher in Flowery Branch, GA for a global logistics company. Shifts & Pay: - 1st Shift (Mon-Thur): 8:30am - 5:30pm - $18.25 - 1st Shift (Thur-Sun): 8:30am - 5:30pm - $19.25

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Monitor Daily discrepancy reports. - Research and resolve errors, issues and/or discrepancies via WMS and various systems. - Data entry, maintain necessary documentation and files, and review carrier paperwork for accuracy. - Provides internal and external customer support. - Provide necessary support to ensure warehouse and transportation schedules are attained. - Heavy interaction with warehouse operators, carriers and warehouse logistics team. - Schedule daily workload and department personnel.

Requirements & Benefits

- Requires completion of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). - Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. - Good interpersonal skills. - Good mathematical skill. - Strong organizational skills; attention to detail. - Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices. - Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory. - Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
