You will be responsible for assisting in duties related to keeping the line running smoothly and will work in a climate controlled & dust free environment! Pay rate: $14.50/hr Shifts: 6 days a week (Sundays off) - 1st - 4:45AM - 1:00PM - 2nd - 12:45PM - 9:00PM - 3rd - 8:45PM - 5:00AM Overtime Available!

Tasks & Responsibilities

Daily Duties: - Preparing food ingredients for batch runs based on the daily production schedule - Ensure product quality accurate weights and measures for formula - Clears pan jams from line, removes and adds baking pans as needed - Monitor and deliver side trimmings to mixer; notify operator when side trimmings exceed acceptable rates - Removes all out-of-spec product from the line and notifies Production Supervisor of all non-conforming product or processes on the line.
