We are looking for a temp-to-perm Car Accessory Installer in Smyrna, TN at a well established car manufacturing company! You will be responsible for installing car accessories (sound systems, roof racks, cameras, GPS, etc) with air tools.

Tasks & Responsibilities

We are looking for a temp-to-perm Car Accessory Installer in Smyrna, TN at a well established car manufacturing company! You will be responsible for installing car accessories (sound systems, roof racks, cameras, GPS, etc) with air tools so some electrical installation experience is required. Shift Available: - 5:30am - 2:15pm: $17.50/hr Upon Perm Hire by Manufacturing Company: - Overtime rates available daily over 8 hours and double time on Sunday! - Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Account, 401k, Wellness Program, Pet Insurance, and more! - Discount on new cars! *Overtime is required when it is available. OT requests can be random and with little notice and flexibility to work overtime hours is required Responsibilities: - Use air tools to install electric car accessories - Understand and follow technical direction - Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues - Follow detailed written instructions to install a variety of accessories - Must keep work areas clean and clutter free. Work must be neat and clean while meeting vendor quality requirements. - Prep units for final inspection after completion of installs

Requirements

Qualifications: - Ability to drive vehicles with manual or automatic transmissions. - A valid driver's license and a good driving record. - Strong work history (including good attendance and good safety record). - Able to work overtime as needed. - Demonstrates the ability to carry out specified work procedures and follows directions of supervisors and lead persons. - 35 pound lifting requirement. - Self-starter with the ability to perform in high pressure and dynamic situations while working in a team environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
