Order Fulfillment Technician

About this position

As part of our fulfillment team, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders, packaging cannabinoid products, maintaining inventory and traceability records, and processing returns. This is a fast-paced and occasionally physical position, meaning you must be able to stand, crouch and lift objects and parcels throughout your shift. Our ideal candidate has prior experience with data entry and customer service skills.

Tasks & Responsibilities

POSITION-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES • Promptly answer phone calls, e-mails, and other inbound requests to receive and fulfill orders • Package cannabinoid products in appropriate container type and label in accordance with company policy and any applicable regulatory guidelines • Maintain accurate inventory levels, traceability documentation, and alert supervisors to potential issues and needs as they arrive • Cross-train within the Quality and Shipping departments to assist with other tasks as required to meet business needs. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • High school diploma or equivalent • Computer literacy and experience using Microsoft Office • Prior experience with fulfillment software preferred • At least one year of experience at a facility that implemented current Good Manufacturing Principles (cGMP) is preferred.
